The main job roles include Inputting letters and documents from the hospitals etc, Adding read codes, Recalls, Blood results and adding/changing of medication within 24 hours of receipt to enable an up to date medical record.
Assisting the system administrator with desktop support, troubleshooting desktop hardware/software problems and carrying out projects assigned in a culturally diverse environment. Properly document,support,repair and project activities using a help desk ticketing system. In general free the system administrator from some of the day to day issues so he/she can focus on larger projects and IT initiatives.
To give support to the IT manager in the department in all circumstances. To be proactive in improving the smooth running and morale of the department.
Previous experience using systemone, readcodes and medical terminology is essential.
